The most common causes are : human error, software problems , transmission errors and hardware malfunctions. As a result of the critical applications of most RAID configurations we treat related data loss situations with the utmost urgency. The first stage in the recovery process is a full and comprehensive diagnosis using our specialist equipment. Data is then cloned with highly specialized software and data is extracted from the image. In cases where a drive image is not available , our applications can reconstruct the data in the same way the RAID process would have done on the original system.

In the event of physical damage or mechanical failure , damaged components are replaced and the drives are reassembled in our dedicated cleanrooms.
